The client engaged our team to complete an extensive fit-out and refurbishment comprising elements across two buildings.
This multi-faceted project came with the client brief of a fixed budget and completion date to facilitate student occupation of the refurbished premises by the start of term.
SCOPE OF WORKS
Complete refurbishment and fit-out of all communal areas including corridors.
WHAT WE DID
Works included fit-out of study rooms, games area, laundry room and corridors plus TV snug and sky lounge.
COMMUNICATION
We provided works notifications at the beginning of each week to keep the facilities management team appraised of the scope and location of all works. We also ensured close tracking of the programme and forward planning and gave regular cost advice to maintain budget parameters.
