Refurbished toilet facilities in an imposing commercial building...

OVERVIEW

Following the successful completion of reception works in the building, we were engaged by the client to undertake toilet alterations.

SCOPE OF WORKS

The complete refurbishment of toilets across 8 floors including the installation of walk-in showers across alternate floors.

WHAT WE DID

We stripped out all sanitary ware, cubicles, IPS paneling, lights and flooring. We installed bespoke paneling systems throughout, including walls and cubicles. Where shower installation was required we undertook diamond drilling to install shower drains. We also installed volume control dampers to the existing extract ventilation systems, balancing the system upon completion to achieve extract rates required within the Shower Rooms. All walls and floors were finished with Marazzi tiles, providing a modern, clean finish.

LIVE ENVIRONMENT

We utilised phasing throughout the project and ensured prior to works commencing that we engaged with Facilities Management to ensure that all tenants were aware of the Works taking place and other available facilities whilst working on their floors.
