full d&b of a new starbucks drive thru

Following on from the successful completion of the Pizza Express extension at the Beaconsfield M40 services we have been contracted to design and build the new Starbucks Drive Thru shell ready for fit out, along with associated car park works and external landscaping.  Works commenced in January with planned completion end May.

The facility is a steel framed construction with blockwork infill overclad with panels.  Other major façade components include large curtain wall glazing.

M&E services to be implemented independently of the existing building.

The services as a whole is remaining in use during construction.

Temporary works are required to safely separate the construction area and maintain a safe separation from the live areas of the services
